Today's Highlights

A bittern flew past the main observatory and landed between this hide and the reedbed hide this morning.

The fog has lifted from first thing this morning.  There were whooper and Bewick's swans in front of all the hides this morning which is nice to see. A large flock of swans can be seen from the visitor centre on arable fields when looking out across Lady Fen.

Pochard numbers are increasing on the main lagoon but are still far outnumbered by the flocks of wigeon and teal.
