Wildlife Sightings 11/04/2026

An excellent and diverse day of wildlife records across the site. Wader Lake was particularly lively, highlighted by 20 Avocets, alongside good numbers of Grey Heron (28) & Shelduck (28)

Spring flora is now widespread, with Marsh Marigold across the site, Cuckoo Flower at Forgotten Meadow, and Wild Garlic in Hawthorn Wood adding colour and interest.
