Breeding Bird Survey Results 28/04 (singing birds only): 7 Blackbird, 15 Blackcap, 10 Chiffchaff, 21 Cetti's Warbler, 12 Sedge Warbler, 51 Reed Warbler, 4 Reed Bunting, 5 Song Thrush, 23 Wren, 1 Whitethroat, 8 Dunnock, 7 Greenfinch. Other breeding birds include Lapwing (2-3prs), Shoveler (1pr), Pochard (6+prs), Water Rail (2prs), Great Crested Grebe (2prs).

Butterflies and bees: Holly Blue, Red Admiral, Peacock, Brimstone, Comma, Small White, Speckled Wood, Orange-tip, Green Hairstreak, Painted Lady, Bee-fly, Yellow-legged Mining Bee, Tawny Mining Bee, White-bellied Mining-bee, Hairy-footed Flower Bee, Buff-tailed Bumblebee, Orange-Tailed Mining Bee, European Orchard Bee, Common Carder Bee.

Dragonflies: Hairy dragonfly, Broad-bodied Chaser, Azure Damselfly, Blue-tailed Damselfly, Large Red Damselfly.
